At Aladdin, copy always reflected their tagline, “Take Me with You.” Aladdin designed and engineered their food and drinkware products in-house to meet the needs of their target audience, millennial women, from post workout hydration to sipping coffee between meetings. For the last few years, the company has been rebranding their voice, tone, and style to solidify their place as the go-to lifestyle and active brand for millennial women.
With their new brand messaging in place, I joined Aladdin on a six-month contract, that was extended to a year, to support the marketing department. I developed content for social media and designed campaigns with our partner nonprofit, The Nature Conservancy, as well as with micro-influencers to boost Aladdin’s followers and engagement rate. I also created and maintained content for Aladdin’s website and sales assets for presentations with clients such as Whole Foods and Kroger, coordinated marketing collateral for product mailers, and provided copy and event support for marketing trade shows such as the International Home + Houseware Show.
